Fitness is a full service athletic facility
including massage, tanning, infrared dry sauna,
steam rooms, the best group exercise classes in the
area, free weights, circuit training, a variety of
machines for every muscle group, personal training
(individual, partner, and groups), and a huge
selection of cardio equipment. We also provide our
members with exciting seminars, by our staff and
outside experts, to further their education and
understanding of fitness. The Personal Training
staff is diverse, experienced, and well educated.
Our goal is to provide our members with the best
personal trainers in Sonoma County to compliment our
fantastic facility.

Angela
started coaching and training in 1990 and has
continued to work in fitness and healthcare.
Locally, she has worked at 24 Hour Fitness and The
Fountaingrove Club. She also developed a walking
group for new moms in 2003 to get back in shape
after having her son. A graduate of UC Davis, with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise
Biology/Biomechanics, Angela is also certified by
the International Sport Science Association (ISSA)
as a Certified Fitness Trainer II, and an Adaptive
Fitness Specialist. Angela focuses on dealing with
spinal rehabilitation and strengthening, adaptive
fitness/ gait training, triathlon training, and
exercise during pregnancy and postpartum.
Angela
has a strong background in a variety of sports
including cheerleading (stunt team), dance,
softball/baseball, hockey, volleyball, track and
field, soccer, running, and triathlon. She competes
at the half-ironman level of triathlon. She also
spent two years working in specialized spinal
rehabilitation helping patients with herniated and
bulged discs specifically. Her caring demeanor helps
many clients realize their untapped potential. She
is happy to be surrounded by a wonderful staff of
elite trainers at Fusion Fitness and looks forward
to many years helping members get the results they
want.
